How to Make Paleo Salsa
Recipe for Homemade Salsa from fresh tomatoes.
- 5-6 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1-2 garlic gloves, peeled
- 1 red chili
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/5 cup (1/2 dl) fresh parsley or cilantro finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper
Halve the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the peeled red onion and garlic.
Cut the chili lengthways, remove the seeds and chop.
Mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic and chili pepper in a bowl.
Add the oil, lime juice, cilantro and spices.
Keep in the fridge before serving.
