Paleo stuffed peppers recipe with ground beef and mushrooms
Recipe type: Lunch, Dinner
Ingredients
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 7 ounces ground beef
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • olive oil for cooking
  • sea salt, white pepper, freshly ground black pepper, chili, to taste
Instructions
  1. preheat the oven to 400° F
  2. wash the bell peppers, cut the tops off and carve the seeds out
  3. heat up the olive oil in a skillet
  4. cook the ground beef in a skillet on medium heat
  5. add salt, chili, white and black pepper
  6. mix the ground beef and sliced mushrooms
  7. stuff the bell peppers with mushroom and ground beef mixture
  8. bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes
