What is Pegan (Paleo+Vegan) Diet?

75 percent of the food on Pegan diet consists of vegetables and fruits. You can also use high-quality fats such as olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil.

What not to eat on Pegan Diet?

NO Dairy products
NO Soy products (soy milk, tofu etc.)
NO Grains except quinoa
