How to Make Guacamole?
This recipe is paleo, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free.
- ½ onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed, scoop out the flesh with a spoon
Crush the avocado with a fork or in a blender. Add the onions, tomatoes and spices.
Refrigerate for at least half an hour.
