Paleo stuffed peppers recipe with ground beef and mushrooms
Recipe type: Lunch, Dinner
Ingredients
- 2 large bell peppers
- 7 ounces ground beef
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
- olive oil for cooking
- sea salt, white pepper, freshly ground black pepper, chili, to taste
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 400° F
- wash the bell peppers, cut the tops off and carve the seeds out
- heat up the olive oil in a skillet
- cook the ground beef in a skillet on medium heat
- add salt, chili, white and black pepper
- mix the ground beef and sliced mushrooms
- stuff the bell peppers with mushroom and ground beef mixture
- bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes
